MeetSeeker is committed to linking our job seekers to organisations whose charter and ethos incorporates the belief of truly changing people’s lives for the better.

We believe there are several marginalised groups in Australia that need our help, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, people with intellectual and physical disabilities, mature age workers, the homeless, refugees and those challenged by barriers such as language and culture. By giving these groups an opportunity to re-enter the workforce, you will indeed be making a profound difference and not just at the level of the individual. Improving the quality of life of job seekers and their families will in turn have a positive impact on the entire community.

With MeetSeeker EMaD, employers can access a database of skilled and competent job seekers that for one reason or another have had extensive periods of unemployment. In turn, these job seekers are given the opportunity to participate, contribute their skills and add value to your business. It's a great chance for them to re-engage with the community and build a better life for themselves and others.

MeetSeeker EMaD is free! In fact, we may be able to assist your organisation in securing funding to employ a seeker from our profiles. If each of our business partners and corporate organisations takes on just one disadvantaged seeker, together we will be able to make a difference to the lives of countless seekers and their families.
